We still have places available for the  Iron CAMP and Big Bike Camp so just give us a call if you would like any information and to reserve your place - remember this would be perfect preparation for the Etape du Tour.

11th January 2008

Happy New Year to you all!!  We are now in the midst of the winter with snow on the mountains and the sun on the roads so the riding is still great.  I have my entry into the Etape du Tour number 1887.  We still have places for both the training camp and the package so drop us an email.

Our Iron CAMP and Tri CAMP for May are getting alot of interest and these were very successful last year and a lot of fun so again if you are up for some great training in a very picturesque setting, give us a call.

We are now advertising on TRI247.com which should be great for us and an outlet for some features on our camps, take a look at the training section to where we are.

5th September 2007

We are coming to the end of a very busy season.  We have had the greatest time with all that have visited us, from the early season bike camps for Lanzarote Ironman and the Etape du Tour, through the Iron CAMPs and the four Pyrenean Traverses we have guided.  Along with the Tri CAMPs, Tour de France and the many individuals that have just come to train with us this year has been so much fun.

We are putting together the 2008 schedule and intend to run similar camps as this year but also some new camps starting in March with Spencer Smith.  We will be based in Denia Spain to allow for warmer weather.  The very popular Iron CAMP will be run in May but also an Altitude CAMP based at Font Romeu is a new edition in our portfolio of camps and tours.

We have three dates for the Pyrenean Traverse and the places are filling fast so be quick to get in touch.

We have several Tri Clubs basing their spring training camps with us (see Guest Book) so if your club is looking to get some great biking in as well as swim and runs then get in contact with us as early as you can.

24th July 2007

The Tour is upon us and we have had a fantastic two days with a mountain top finish on the Plateau de Bielle and then watching on the Port de Bales yesterday.  We are off to the Aubisque tomorrow and finally a trip to Pau to watch the start of stage 17.

I am now fully recovered from the Etape du Tour which was grueling and I plan on putting together some fantastic tours next year based around the Etape.

We are putting on a guided cycling tour at the end of August which will cover many of the Cols that the tour followed through the Pyrenees this year.  Give us a call and we can give you more info.

I will soon be putting up the schedule for 2008 which will include many new camps and tours - drop us a line to find out more.
