If you would like to book a holiday, for example, a one week tri camp and the dates you want are not shown, then give us  call or email us and we can see if we can arrange it for you.

2. Once you have the dates and the package you like then we will reserve your holiday for 7 days.

3. You then need to complete the booking form which must include the details of everyone in the party.

4. For each person there is a €150/ £100 deposit to secure the booking.  This can be paid by cheque or electronic transfer  or  credit card (we will send you a confirmation email that will have a payment request via PayPal)

5. Once the deposit and a signed booking form  are received  your holiday dates are guaranteed and we will send you out a confirmation letter and an invoice for the balance of the holiday.

6. The balance of the holiday needs to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date.  This can be paid via check  or electronic transferor by PayPal, if you elect to pay by PayPal, we will send you an email with the payment request at this time.

7. If you book less than 8 weeks from arrival date then full payment is required before we can guarantee your holiday.

8. All guests are required to have appropriate holiday insurance cover that covers activity holidays, in particular cycling.  This needs to be detailed on the booking form. - Activity holiday Insurance
