Running / Walking Routes

We will add as many routes as we can to this page over the coming months.  For all these routes we have detailed maps available at the centre that we provide to our guests for either guided runs/walks (as part of our Tri camps) or self guided packages.

All our routes that start and finish from the centre are all marked with direction arrows and our little foot imprint.  When the routes cross each other they have the distance also next to the arrow so you are always on the right track.

10km Route

The 10km leaves our centre to the left and follows the road through the village exiting the village to the right onto the main road for 20metres before turning right towards Barbazan.  After 1km there is a trail to the right which climbs to the highest part of the run.  At the top of the trail there is a left fork which follows the road down into the village.  At the bottom a sharp right up the hill, keeping to the left of the road around the corner and the crossroads.  Taking a straight course to follow the road ahead towards St Gaudens the course takes a right 1km out of the village down a farm trail before rising up to a paved road.  A left is taken to head back down a mountain bike trail through the trees.  At the trail junction carry straight on until a road is reached where a sharp let is taken back towards Barbazan.  Past the lake on the left and up the hill to the crossroads (passed through earlier). Take a sharp right down the farm trail and follow the trails for a couple of kilometers until a road is reached.  Crossing the road through the tree lined path towards the Thermes brings the trail to a "bandstand".  Navigate left around a wire fence and then right up a sharp hill and past the chapel on the left.  After the first house take a right up a trail to the road.  At the trail/road junction turn right back towards Luscan and at the bottom of the road as it joins the main road keep left and enter the village, finishing at the fish pond.
